All the Details...

Thought you might need a little information about the reunion since it is next weekend!!

Here is the schedule of events:
Friday, September 12
9:00 a.m. Homecoming ceremony at the new high school (we are invited…don’t have to come)
2:30 p.m. Pep rally at new school for those who’d like to come
5:30 p.m. Meet at tailgate tent on baseball fields at old school. The tent is khaki. It should be the only tent in the middle of the baseball field…
Pick up nametags/tickets for Landmark Park
6:30 p.m. Homecoming ceremony
7:00 p.m. RHS vs. Beauregard High School (Opelika)
Tickets are $5 each. There will be a couple people who go in the game early to save us a block of seats…

Saturday, September 13
10 a.m.-1 p.m. Picnic at Landmark Park--Playground Pavilion
Highway 431 North, Dothan 36303
There will be two tickets in your envelope. Kids under 3 get in free. (If you have a child over 3 let me know ASAP.)
We will have hotdogs, hamburgers, chips, drinks, etc… NO alcohol is allowed in the park.

6:30-11 p.m. Dinner at the Cultural Arts Center (used to be Southside Elementary)

Adults only
Dress is business casual
Buffet meal catered by Zack’s
DJ until 11
Cash bar

Things I need from you:
1. The exact way you’d like your name listed on your nametag. Spouse/date, too. (Ex… Emily Bostic Chappell; Justin Chappell)
2. How many children you are bringing to the picnic on Saturday. We want to make sure to have enough food!!
